Refund Policy:
Full refunds will be available (less 5% for credit card payment registrations) through April 18, 2025.
50% refunds will be offered from April 19, 2025 through May 2, 2025.
No refunds or credits can be made for cancellations received on/after 5 pm, May 2, 2025 as our event logistics and equipment rentals will be in process, however, substitute attendees are encouraged!
