Refund Policy: 

Full refunds will be available (less 5% for credit card payment registrations) through April 19, 2024.

50% refunds will be offered from April 20, 2024 through May 3, 2024.

No refunds or credits can be made for cancellations received on/after 5 pm, May 3, 2024 as our event logistics and equipment rentals will be in process, however, substitute attendees are encouraged!
