Program Description:

The laws, organizations and people behind them.  Learn the legal parameters of donor advised funds and the distinguishing characteristics from other charitable vehicles.  We will review common reasons why people establish donor advised funds, using real-life examples, and we will discuss ways to engage with a donor/client who uses a donor advised fund.
