This presentation will discuss the basic types of planned gifts and their tax consequences.  An overview of income tax, capital gains tax, estate tax, gift tax and generation skipping transfer tax effects of various gift vehicles will be examined.

Please note:  Members  who can not attend, now have the ability to send a substitute in their place at the member registration level.
